CURRENT EVENTS: For 2008 Summer: Our thanks to those @ Boston's Channel 5/WCVB and it's donors with it's Commonwealth 5 Donation Connection, that was a spectacular segment that was shown on Fri 7-11-08 @ 5:40pm news! POWER WASH/CAR WASH--was SAT. JUNE 28TH 10-3:00 ONSET FIRE STATION---Thanks to all who came through, we had 2 power washes working along side 6-10 worker bees! Everyone worked hard and the cars that came through made our day with their donations! Look for ONE more this summer! OYC's 2nd Family Fun Day was Sun. July 13th 10am-4pm ONSET VFW/off Onset Ave. Onset Otis's Black Hawk did return, and they have already signed up for next year! The music by DJ Brett was awesome, KIDS activities were alive & active with a lot of free and small fees activities needed to cover the costs. We had raffles, food, shows, stock cars & other GREAT events! Both events rewarding. *****BOG FRIGHT NIGHT!! Was a success! We had over 1,200 in attendance. Thanks to all that participated in our first year. It was located @ A.D.Makepeace Village Tihonet Road Wareham. The 3 eves-Oct 26-28 6-9pm Something was for ALL AGES-The Hay-less Haunted Tractor Ride, Pumpkin Painting/Apple Dipping, Music, Mystery and More! *****SEPT 15TH TASTE & SOUNDS BENEFIT @ SALERNO'S A SUCCESS! *****OYC'S FAMILY FUN DAY!! It was July 8th 2007 10am - 4pm @ the Onset VFW The Entrance Fee was $2.00 per person kids under 2 Free -Scheduled All Day Fun Music/Free Games/Shows/Raffles/Crafters/Vendors Food and : Otis Air forces' "Black Hawk" Helicopter was there!
